Workshop on “How to Negotiate”

Lean In Pakistan arranged a workshop for female Millennials on “How to Negotiate Your Salary”. Insaff El Hassani, founder – Lean In France, was the trainer who flew to Karachi from Paris, France for this workshop  to address the amazing group of millennial women on Salary Negotiations, Presenting their Worth and Career Advancement strategies.

Ms. el Hassani is a leading Finance lawyer based in Paris, France. An honor graduate of Jean Moulin University Lyon III and Hong Kong University.  She is the founder of Lean In france and the leader of the Paris Lean In chapter, a French and international women’s network based in Paris involving many circles from different cities in France. She organizes monthly events with circle members and guest speakers in order to encourage women to embrace their career & professional ambition. She has taught this workshop in leading corporates such as: Dexia Credit Local, BNP Paribas, Société Général, Engie, Danone, Total, L'Oreal, PWC, Deloitte etc.
